How has technology been used to mobilize Hip Hop generationers in the wake of Kiwane Carrington's death?
In the wake of Kiwane's death by Champaign Police, young people have been mobilized by the hundreds in Champaign, Illinois to bring awareness to the issues young African American youth are facing everyday, particularly with law enforcement.
